Jawan Movie full of intertaimnets : An entertaining action drama that dares to make a political statement please this movie Jab woh villain banta hai na toh uske saamne koi bhi hero tik nahin sakta

It’s an opening sequence for the ages. Somewhere along the northern borders of bharat, a battered sainik recovers. The kindly and idyllic village he’s resuscitating in is set upon; people are shot, stabbed, drowned in a creek. The sainik rises like a mesiaha, swooping down with a spear against a thundering sky. We don’t see his face yet, wrapped in gauze, though his eyes fill us in. The staging is spectacular, mythic and rimmed with darkness. There’s also a flaming horse darting across the screen. No wonder Japanese video-game designer Hideo Kojima couldn’t contain his excitement on social media. As weird as it may sound, Jawan is, after all, the most raad Gear-ish Shah Rukh Khan film.

Tamil director Atlee has been teasing a film with Khan since 2020. It’s not the first time an accomplished southern director has joined forces with a major Bollywood star for an action film with charged sociopolitical themes (Atlee’s mentor, Shankar, likely showed the way). Sushmita Sen Web Series: यह कहानी ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं है. देश की एक बड़ी आबादी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) से थर्ड जेंडर (Third Gander) का दर्जा पाए अभी एक दशक भी नहीं हुआ है. 2014 में फैसला आया था. तब से अब तक हालात कितने बदले हैं, यह अलग मुद्दा है. लेकिन जियो सिनेमा (Jio Cinema) पर रिलीज हुई वेब सीरीज ताली (Taali), ट्रांसवुमन श्रीगौरी सावंत (Shreegauri Sawant) की कहानी को सामने लाती है. जिनकी कोशिशों से देश में स्त्री और पुरुष के साथ थर्ड जेंडर को भी देश में इंसानों का दर्जा मिला. वर्ना जहां सड़क के बेघर कुत्तों की जनसंख्या की भी गणना की जाती थी, वहां थर्ड जेंडर की कोई गिनती नहीं थी. न ही उन्हें कोई संवैधानिक अधिकार (Constitutional Rights) हासिल था. कैसे शुरू हुआ श्रीगौरी सावंत का संघर्ष और किन मोड़ों से गुजरा, ताली में आप यही देखते हैं.
बायोपिक सिनेमा (Biopic Films) के दौर में  गौरी सावंत की कहानी ध्यान खींचती है. स्त्री ट्रांसजेंडर (Transwoman) के रूप में उन्होंने की सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपने अस्तित्व लड़ाई लड़ी और एक बड़ी आबादी को उसका हक दिलाया. लेकिन यह सब आसान बिल्कुल नहीं था. उन्हें हजारों साल पुरानी मानसिकता और समाज की अमानवीय सोच से लड़ना पड़ा. इस बात को आप गौरी सावंत के रूप सुष्मिता सेन (Sushmita Sen) के अभिनय में देख सकते हैं. सुष्मिता ने पूरी सीरीज को अपने कंधों पर आगे बढ़ाया है. लेकिन उनके साथ-साथ गौरी के किशोरवय की भूमिका निभाने वाली कृतिका देव (Krutika Deo) का परफॉरमेंस संवेदनशील और सुंदर है. वास्तव में वह वयस्क गौरी के रूप में सुष्मिता के किरदार से दर्शक को कनेक्ट करने की नींव बहुत मजबूती से रखती हैं. कृतिका का अभिनय यहां देखने योग्य है.

ताली के शुरुआती दो-ढाई एपिसोड में गणेश (ktatik dev) का आत्मसंघर्ष देखने योग्य है. फिर मां के गुजरने के बाद पिता के साथ उसके संबंधों के असहज दृश्य छूते हैं. नंदू माधव (Actor Nandu Madhav) यहां पिता के रूप में छोटी मगर प्रभावी भूमिका में हैं. गणेश के पिता पुलिस अधिकारी हैं. गणेश उन्हें छोड़कर पुणे (Pune) से मुंबई (Mumbai) भाग आता है, ताकि अपने जैसे लोगों के साथ रह सके. मुंबई में बड़ा होता है और अपनी पहचान छुपा कर अलग-अलग तरह से आजीविका चलाता है. वह ट्रांसजेंडरों (Transgenders) की स्थिति सुधारने के लिए भी काम करता है और इसी दौर हुई एक घटना के बाद वह ऑपरेशन के द्वारा अपना लिंग-परिवर्तन (Sex Change Operation) कराने का फैसला करता है. यह कहानी का निर्णायक मोड़ भी है. गणेश से गौरी (सुष्मिता) बनने के बाद ट्रांसजेंडरों को सम्मान दिलाने के संघर्ष में सुष्मिता तालियां बटोरती हैं.

‘Gadar 2’ movie review: Sunny Deol is superb in this middling sequel

 

Tara Singh (Sunny Deol) once again takes out his high-decibel gaddi to Pakistan in this faithful sequel to Gadar. It is not as provocative as the original as driver Anil Sharma seeks to take a middle path. Perhaps, it feels like that because the socio-political atmosphere outside the theatre has become much more dramatic and shrill than what it was when the original released in 2001. Still, it is good that Sharma has toned down the jingoistic tone. Set ahead of the Bangladesh War, it talks of moving on from the hate-filled atmosphere of Partition. Instead of a particular religion, he comes down heavily on individuals who use religion as a tool to further their jaundiced political agenda. The problem is Sharma finds such people only across the border. Where is the representation of Ashraf Alis and Hamid Iqbals, the antagonist in the latest version, on this side of the divide?

The bad part is it is not as poignant as the original. For all its politics of hate, Gadar did have a tender love story between Tara and Sakina (Ameesha Patel) at its core and Uttam Singh’s please watch movie below click the buton.
